Lately, I’ve been going on jobs DB. For what? find job lah.

I find myself behaving very lazy and tired. The fact that I hardly move around gets me fatigue easily. I felt little motivation to do anything. Unlike the previous poly or sec holidays, this ‘holiday’ happens to be the graduating hols so instead of doing what nots, I ought to be finding a perm job. So, be motivated ale! You need to pretendiously take care of family and support your stomach and pay 1.23cent to travel to clarice’s now…Face the fact! No more unlimited bus ride around the city!

I was talking about blood dontaion.

Just a couple of days back, I pop by the blood donation centre. Somehow I felt healthy enough to donate 333mls of blood. The weather was unusually warm and as I embraced the coolness of the air con in the centre, my anxiety disappeared. I appeared calm. I filled in the necessary documents and wait for my turn to see the doctor (doctors have to certified if one is suitable for donation).

The doctor is a chinese, not taller than 155m man, in the 30s. So, he asked the essentials and took my blood pressure. Me, being me, chit chat with him about nursing. We talked about lack of blood in singapore and BTSMO. I don’t know why, but in such times, I can be very random. Good thing, the dr treated me like any other donators and ushered me to the nurses. The station 5

There was nurses gowned up and one of them took my HB level. She prick my finger and took some blood and dripped it in a solution of blood liquid. My blood floated alittle before it sink down the cylinder glass. As I watched the process, the nurse was testing my blood on a HB tester. my HB is 10.3 . I watched with bemusement and the nurse explained that I could not donate blood as I lack the essential HB. Oh dear, Im becoming like clarice.

I returned to the dr. He tested me the normal range of RBC, I think. Whatever that is. Now, I have to engage a healthy diet which includes green leafy vegstable and red meat. Drink less coffee and tea. Helllooo, and I not the one drinking coffee everyday. This is ridiculous. The dr sounded concern and said that I was unhealthy. I can hardly believe it.

Bye, off to take my brocolli
