Internal Medcine nurse, me?

I just came back from Hk cafe like two in the morning. I love the quietness when I stroll back home cause such times, my mind is exceptionally clear. A series of event is flowing through my mind. Yep, one of them my posting. Who would think that SGH finally let the secret out! I thought I would only know the posting the day before work. Great. At least, all can be mentally eased and prepared. Now, my mind is much more settled down.

Top Ten Favourites…

A look into ale’s favourite Anatomy and physiology

1) Legs and feet Travelling has been made easy and with freedom, there is no restriction. I can stroll, jump, kick, run,stretch and walk….etc Yes, I can never imagine life without my mobilities, I’ll be so miserable. If I were to be broke and there is no SBS to take me home, I still have my car*** to take me home.

2) The brain and I don’t mean any brain but a sound mind. Though many would not agree that I have a very sound mind but that is not a point. Have you ever met people walking aimlessly and repeatedly in a room, or some unkempt, squating at a corner in the train? For them, Their mind plays game with them and that is no joke.

3) clavicle bone I’m bias, I simply love it and there is no explaination.

4) Eyes without the pupil and the lens…yada yada, you can’t see or look and take pictures of eye candies. lolli, sweets and chocolates

5) Gluteus maximus Without these, eight hours of walking is crap. I must say the muscle sure bring some comfort after being too mobile.

6) The Bladder or rather the urology doctors down at SGH. They always come in bow ties, how old fashiony creative! My favourite doctor = Dr. Lim

7) And finally top seven…The entire gastric system down to the anus. Wooo~ it digest and convert every foreign object or fluid into energy and made the other organs very happy. A happy man is an un-hungry man.

8) Blood is made up of plasma, WBC, RBC, platelets, haemoglobin. These liquid goes around the body. Just imagine the fluid moves around every part of you. It feels like japan’s fastest moving train that travels underground (artery). The only starter is the heart and ejection fraction.

9) And yes, all of you have been waiting for… The Heart. Though it didnt made it to the top three or top five, but once a point of time, it was my favourite organ. I was determined to work in the national heart centre and give my heart to the heart sufferers. But now, I guess I gave my heart to something else.

10) I came to a conclusion, every part of me that makes up my body is very essential. Just look at it this way, without the lungs, the broncus and alveoli, how do you breathe? Without the vertebras and csf can the brain know what is going on in the rest of the body? enough said. Good thing, my creator made me this way.
